These Terms explain how you may use BibleSense. By using BibleSense, you agree to these Terms.
Terms of Service

1. Who We Are
BibleSense is a Bible study and spiritual guidance app operated by Zencora, designed for users ages 10 and up.
2. Accepting These Terms
By using BibleSense, you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
3. Creating an Account
You must create an account to use BibleSense. If you are under 13, your parent or guardian must create and manage your account.
4. Free and Premium Features
Free accounts include selected features with usage limits, including limited Real Talk: Scripture Guidance uses, selected Bible studies and games, caps on prayer journal entries and saved verses, and the default theme.
Premium subscribers receive expanded access, including unlimited eligible features, full study library access, all games, all themes, and increased or unlimited limits where available.
Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
All sales are final unless required by law. Contact billing@zencora.org for billing errors or payment questions.
6. Acceptable Use
Use BibleSense only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Do not hack, reverse-engineer, misuse, interfere with, or attempt to damage the app or its services.
7. Scripture Guidance Feature Disclaimer
The Real Talk: Scripture Guidance Feature is provided for educational and spiritual encouragement only.
Responses are not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, emergency help, or pastoral care.
For serious situations, please speak with a trusted adult, pastor, counselor, medical professional, or emergency service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code in BibleSense are owned by Zencora unless otherwise stated.
Do not copy, distribute, or reuse BibleSense content without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
